Description:	A large independent pharmacy group are looking for an experienced Retail Manager who thrives on success in a busy and competitive industry. The role requires a well balanced Retail Manager who can maximise retail store performance in terms of customer satisfaction, sales, team building and development along with controlling costs. You will need to keep accurate records, report sales figures, pharmacy data and provide employee information to Head Office. You will lead your retail team from the front, developing them whilst being accountable for company operating procedures, maintaining retail store standards and providing excellent service and product knowledge to retail customers. To be successful in this role you will have previous supervisory experience in a similar retail environment. A proven track record of successfully working to and achieving targets along with a strong customer focus and retail commercial awareness is essential for this role.
